Dippy on Tour: A Natural History Adventure

We were thrilled to work with Norwich Cathedral to produce a 3D virtual tour of the National History Museum’s iconic Dippy the Dinosaur. We were privileged to capture this spectacular and unique exhibit, following Dippy’s residence at the Cathedral, which was the final stop on his national touring exhibition Dippy on Tour: A Natural History Adventure.

We created a fully interactive virtual experience by capturing the incredible 26 metre-long (84ft) giant and integrating multimedia hotspots that included fun dinosaur facts, images, trivia, children’s activities, and video content to engage and educate. The virtual walk-through of Dippy not only helped to extend the reach of the exhibition and captured visitor attention, but it will also enable their audience to continue to enjoy and engage with the work long after it closed.

We can use advanced 3D virtual tour technology to capture, digitally document and showcase real-time exhibitions and arts, gallery spaces, cultural spaces, and museums in this innovative and accessible digital format.

Are you considering a virtual experience for your heritage site, museum, or art exhibition? If so, why not get in touch.
